It encompasses a thorough questionnaire, a 90-minute consultation, responsive sleep strategies to choose from, and 10 days of unlimited support via call, text, and email.
Flexible Support Options
I offer all packages of support remotely around the globe!
For a personal touch, an ‘in person’ package can be facilitated in London and parts of Surrey and Kent for an additional fee, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your needs.
